Welcome to California Mold Services. My name is Rick Daniel.
I am a Certified Master Home Inspector and certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors® (InterNACHI®).
At last count there were only sixty-eight InterNachi approved Certified Master Inspectors servicing the entire state of California.
Working in the High Sierra counties of Calaveras, Tuolumne, Alpine and Amador; including lake communities of the foothills, rural and farming communities of the Central Valley counties of San Joaquin and Stanislaus and the metropolitan counties of the San Francisco Bay Area including Alameda, Contra Costa County and Santa Cruz has provided an amazing range of experience, opportunity and perspective.
All of this led me to the idea of creating a website dedicated to sharing information in simple layman’s terms to help educate more people about mold. What it is, how damaging it can be to our health and how to take care of it efficiently.
As our motto states: Breathe Easy - Live Pure!
At California Mold Services, we understand the importance of addressing mold-related issues promptly and effectively. With our comprehensive professional range of mold testing, inspection, and remediation services, our team is here to provide you with the support and expertise you need to create a healthy living or working environment.
As a professional Certified Master Home Inspector, my role is straightforward: I transform questions, uncertainties, and concerns about properties into concrete information. Having accurate data about a building simplifies decision-making because facts are manageable.
My approach to property inspections is highly efficient. I always consider what I would need to know if I were purchasing the property myself, and the answer is comprehensive: EVERYTHING!
Gathering this level of information demands concentration, expertise, time and dedication. Our clients value the thoroughness and results of my work. In fact, “Very Thorough” is the feedback we most frequently receive regarding both my inspection presentations and detailed reports.
The range of home styles I’ve inspected encompasses nearly every type imaginable. Many properties are custom-built, some date back to the 1800s, and I’ve encountered an endless array of homeowner modifications. Additionally, how many home inspectors can claim they've evaluated properties with their very own gold mines?
